Scape Student Living

Scape Student Living is a modern university complex located in the heart of the city, designed to offer students a functional, safe, and comfortable environment. The development consists of two buildings: a brick building and a multi-storey high-rise located directly behind it. Their architecture combines a brick façade, large windows, and vibrant interior spaces, with each floor featuring its own aesthetic defined by contemporary colours and textures.

In this project, Orona provides the vertical mobility solutions, with elevators integrated into both buildings, serving common areas as well as exterior access points. The cabins, featuring clean lines and durable materials, ensure smooth and quiet travel across a complex with intensive daily use.

An installation that enhances accessibility, comfort, and everyday living in a space designed for a new generation of students.
